Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our leather goods. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return your unused leather good within 10 days. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
Monogramed products are NOT returnable.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. Please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).
We do not
pay for return shipping costs on any return except on defective products or
errors on our part in size or style shipped.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted products. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request. Please click on the he Return & Exchange link on the page of the product you ordered to determine the exact restocking fee. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. The in-store credit can be used on any of our products at RexLeather.com
All items eligible for return must have a Return Authorization (RA) number.

We will promptly issue an RA# via return by email.
Exchanges
If this is an exchange, please obtain an "RA#" as specified above. Add the
following;
State the size or style you wish to exchange for. Your credit card will
be charged or credited for any price differences. (a check will be issued
for small amounts)
The RA# must be prominently displayed inside the shipping box on a piece of paper or the original invoice or packing slip.
All Returns must be shipped to;
The "ADDRESS" as stated within "RA".
- There is a 20% restocking charge.
- We do not pay for return shipping to us with the exception of garments that are manufactured with a defect.
- We do not pay the shipping for exchange orders or repair orders after 30 days from purchase to the customer.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN:
- New goods received defective in manufacture for a refund.
- New defective goods must be returned in 20 days.
- The credit card used initially will be credited. If the payment was by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
- New goods for a refund must be returned within 30 days (See holiday exception).
- New goods that are to be exchanged for other merchandise.
- If the merchandise being exchanged for is a different selling cost than that of the item being returned, then your credit card will be charged or credited accordingly.
- If a check was used, any additional price difference must accompany the returned item.
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We will refund you return shipping charges for the following;
- Defective merchandise
- Shipping errors in style or size
- The refund will be limited to $10.00 total refund. Please ship the jacket back cheapest way, fully insured. The $10.00 should cover any part of the continental USA. Refunds are limited to a single order, not a single item.
